update

I think she gets cuter every day. She's been smiling for some time, but now she smiles at faces she recognizes--like mine : ) And she talks and coos and gurgles. It's enough to make my heart burst with joy.

If you don't have one of these yet--run out and get one right now!

You're right. She does get cuter every day. :-)

I have one and there's nothing better than hearing him occasionally call me the little pet name my wife and I have for each other. That boy just melts me.

Yours is a cutie. :)

She is absolutely positively cuter every minute!

Lily is precious - but I don't think I'm going to take your advice quite yet. ^_^

Oh my - look at that little face! So adorable! You and Ajooja and making me seriously want one of these. Like in a big way.

*sigh*

Here's hoping the timing, which includes an appropriate partner (a notion neither girls seems to be open to at this juncture) will be right someday in the not too terribly distant future and I'll be able to swap granny stories with you.

I too see her mamma in her, she is freaking adorable! I do want one...eventually...and will enjoy living my wait through you and Cindy!

Bry goes to Japan this week, he has been instructed to NOT fall in love with anyone from Japan! :)

I so love grandbaby pics. Lily definitely looks a lot like her mama...both beautiful. Tell Mama hi for me.

Yeah, WN and Jen, cuter and just so unbelievably lovable : ) Jen, I'm so glad you have that adorable nephew for your fix!

Isn't it weird, ajooja, how you know you couldn't possibly ever love anyone in the same way you love your own children, and then a grandchild comes along and *poof* everything changes? I know exactly what you mean about your grandson melting you. Sometimes my eyes literally tear up when I look at her . . .

Ha ha, Becca--you're probably wise : ) However, it seems you and your mom are on different pages!

Kate, Rhonda and Cindy, I find it interesting that you see her mama in her. All I see is her dad and her big brother. Lots of other people see her mama though. And Clarice says she sees *me* in her.

O*M*G She is too cute. I need to send her present before she gets too big for it.

Did I remember to give you our mailing address, Auntie SG? I can't remember whether I did and, of course, the chances that it actually reached you are slim since I was experiencing all my e-mail problems . . .

Maybe I'll just re-send it : )
